Site
Identification Phase
- analysis of geographic areas for viable telecommunications sites
- zoning evaluations and early identification of site's non-compliance with SHPO/NEPA/environmentals/FAA restrictions
- selection of quality sites keeping in mind distance to TELCO, power and ordinance restrictions
Leasing Phase
- negotiations of legal instruments such as option, license, lease, easement and purchase agreements for the placement of wireless facilities
- clear communication with property owners and the governing jurisdiction's staff to ensure the successful development of the site
Zoning Phase
- review of all plans for conformance with client needs and development regulations
- A&E management
- photo simulations and balloon tests
- preparation of zoning application packages and client representation at public and private hearings
Permitting
Phase
- application package preparation for all necessary approvals and permits for the wireless telecommunication site
- pick-up and delivery of all permits needed
- assignment of the E-911 address
On-Air
Sites
- re-negotiation of contracts for the expansion or enhancement of the wireless facility
- zoning and permitting as necessary
